Description: Constructed in 1979, the Oceanarium provides guests of the Pacific Beach Hotel with a fascinating view of a unique microcosm of Indo-Pacific ocean life. Stretching three entire stories high and viewable from any of the three hotel restaurants, the 280,000-gallon aquarium is the largest of its type located in a single hotel. It is home to nearly 400 fish from more than 70 species.
