Tank: 118 gallon all glass mini-reef with custom oak cabinet & canopy. The aquarium is made by Ocean View of Pascagoula, MS. Set up in March of 1994. Purchased from Pass Road Pet Center in Biloxi, MS. Dimensions: 6 feet long x 19" front to back x 20" deep.
Lighting: 2-Metal Halides: (1)175wt 10k retrofit & (1)150wt 10k HQI mini pendant by PFO; 2-NO: (2)40wt Actinic 03; 3-Power Compacts: (1)27wt quad 5k, (1)27wt quad 71k, (2)9wt 5k; 4-Incandescent: (2)60wt 5500k & (2)25wt Blue for moonlight.
Filtration: ETS 600 skimmer powered by a Gen-X pump. 30 gallon sump under cabinet. A Fluval 403 canister filter is used for chemical filtration & it's output returns through a Sea Swirl unit. Filtration media used: Chemi-Pure, Poly filters, Phos-Zorb. Approximately 150lbs. of assorted live rock: Marshall Island, Fiji, & aquacultured.
Circulation: Main circulation provided by an Iwaki WMD-40RLT. Additional circulation from a 1/2" Sea Swirl mounted on the right side of tank. A spray bar runs along the base of the back wall.
